Can’t say a single thing bad about my experience. I honestly think the process was perfect especially since I was unaware of my cards expiration and only had two days to renew. Not only did I get an appointment, contacted via call and FaceTime had a lovely chat and got my recertification all in one day. I also appreciate that I talked to someone who actually wanted to listen to my problems and try to understand my pain. Little things like that are what put doctors and physicians a level above the rest. Seriously I was amazed at how easy going and pleasant the doctor was didn’t feel uncomfortable or anxious one bit. Thanks again for everything!!!
